Andrew Rabin

Andrew Rabin has over 20 years of health care industry experience with a focus on customer requirements definition, software specification, business process improvement, performance measurement systems, total quality management, and information system development. He previously served as Chief Technology Officer of CECity, a cloud-based healthcare solution provider.

Mr. Rabin holds a BSME degree from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from the Katz Graduate School of Business from the University of Pittsburgh.
