Kerri Reifel

Kerri Reifel has over 25 years of experience in law enforcement, to include operational leadership roles in growing and developing multi-disciplinary teams to combat violent crime. Kerri spent many years working in the FBIs Behavioral Analysis Unit as a certified profiler. In this capacity, Kerri provided operational support and training to local, state, federal, and international law enforcement agencies. Most recently, Kerri provided behavioral-based threat assessments, risk mitigation, domestic and international counterterrorism, and targeted violence prevention across a wide range of threats, including active shooters, stalking, workplace violence, ideological extremism, and persons of interest. As a certified profiler, Kerri received specialized training in analyzing written/verbal communications, 911 calls, and other documents related to a wide range of investigations. Kerri’s experience also includes enhance skills developed through work as a first responder including SWAT, EMT, and mental health intervention as an operational counselor.
Kerri has extensive public speaking experience; conduct ongoing training and presentations in numerous subjects including pathways to violence, crimes involving children, active shooter, behavioral analysis, and sexual assault.
