Neil Rabinovitz
Regional Director, Region IV
Neil Rabinovitz serves as the Regional Director for Region IV for Secure Community Network (SCN). In this role, Neil is responsible for the oversight, development, and management of the SCN Regional Security Advisor (RSA) and SCN Community Security Director (CSD) programs in Region IV. He first joined SCN in April 2020 as Community Security Director for the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta.
Prior to joining SCN, Neil served as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation for 22 years, retiring in April 2020.
During his FBI career, all of which was spent assigned to the Atlanta Field Office, Neil developed expertise in criminal and counterterrorism investigations, and was recognized by the Central Intelligence Agency for his work in a high profile joint investigation. The majority of Neil’s FBI career was in the area of crisis and critical incident response, where he also served as team leader of the FBI’s Evidence Response Team and Hazardous Materials Response Team. Neil is a certified public safety bomb technician and in his last assignment served as team leader of the FBI Atlanta Special Agent Bomb Technician Program where he was responsible for coordinating all bomb and explosive related response, training, certification, and liaison. In this role, Neil was also responsible for the security planning for Super Bowl 53, the College Football National Championship, and the NCAA Final Four.
Neil received a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Brandeis University and a Juris Doctorate from the
American University, Washington College of Law.
