The Secure Community Network (SCN) as the official safety and security organization of the
Jewish community in North America works to provide the Jewish community and its members
with the tools and services necessary to ensure their safety, security, and resiliency. An
important element of this is SCN’s Emergency Preparedness Program (EPP). This document
will provide an overview of emergency preparedness, address broadly the EPP at SCN, and
provide a list of services that SCN’s EPP can provide to your organization.
