DHS American Jewish Community Tabletop Exercise

Through its partner, the Secure Community Network, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) created the American Jewish Community Tabletop Exercise (TTX), a unique, unclassified, adaptable discussion-based exercise. This product was developed as part of the Sector-Specific Tabletop Exercise Program (SSTEP). The American Jewish Community TTX was modeled after the Joint DHS/SCN American Jewish Community TTX, which was conducted on September 5, 2012, and sponsored by the Secure Community Network, the Jewish Federations of North America, the Conference of Presidents, and DHS.

The tabletop exercise is an interactive, discussion-based exercise focusing on impacts to information sharing activities and protective security measures caused by acts of terrorism.  The scenario consists of two modules in chronological order, which portrays an international terrorist attack and domestic terrorist attacks.
